hey guys i jsut got some shortyheaders and bbk h pipe put on, im looking for a deep, loud, aggressive sound. i dunno if a slp lm1 or just some flowmasters will acheive this. any help?
sounds like you want flowmasters or macs, they give an old school muscle car sound, slp's sound hmm..... scarier but not as good imo. It would also depend if the h-pipe is o/r or not.
At idle flomasters sound meatier, I have them on my 92. My buddy has slp on his 94 and they are nasty lound when hes really getting on it. I really like slps they just sound mean at higher rpms.
The only thing you can really do to be sure is listen to sound clips because it could go on for ever about which one sounds better, it's all personal preference
If u wantt deep so mac. i justt put on mac off road h pipe with mac produmps and it is tthe deepest sounding mustang ever. The only problem is the drone is at idle
