Default installing

when installing my shortie bbk headers to make it easier what should i move out the way

directions want me to remove motor mount passenger side jack up the engine take all spark plugs out
remove dip stick and a couple other things is all this really nessecary

you need to remove dip stick on driver side and thats all i had to do and on pass side i removed cai tube so i could manuever a little easier thats all that i know of, otherwise i went in no prob. should have went with summitshorty ceramiccheaper and easy install.

u gotta take off the air hoses on the pass side (if u still have the air pump hooked up)

it's nothing really major you need to take off
i dont remember taking off many things
i didnt lift the engine or any of that
i took out the plugs though and mine went in pretty easily

If I remember correctly all I removed was the airbox,MAF sensor ,and intake tube. Then I unplugged the sparkplug wires from the sparkplugs and put them outta the way.I didnt really have to remove anything else I dont think.

the dipstick tube will need to be removed, it bolts on the 3rd bolton the drivers side,be careful of the sparkplugs when u put them in, if you bang them it could crack the porcelain part ruining it
the instructions u got are for longtube headers

i'm taking my heads out and putting twisted wedges back in with the new headersalready attached. Tommorow will be a good day [8D]
