its not hard, there is a thing on a website that explains it pretty well, i'll see if i can find it. i've replaced on before on a different car and we just had to yank out the stripping and place the glass in the groove and replace the weatherstripping

Default RE: glass question

the quarter glass is an easy swap it works best in the heat of summer(makes the glue soft) ull need to unscrew the interior trim and pull it back(or you can remove it all the way) and this will reveal bolts the glass is bolted and glued in if u unbolt it you can normally just push it out(id put a towel in between the glass and your hand) and dont hit it or it will shatter everywhere the glue never hardens so it would be a good idea not to get it all over yourself(wear some gloves) and to clean any left over glue off the body of the car take some and push it into the left over glue and it will pick it up ull need some new butyl tape(the glue from an autobody supply store) to ensure u dont have leaks in to the interior
