Default exhaust question

i was looking at alec3369 thread about his 02 sensors and noticed his exhaust hangs below the transmission crosmember my exhaust is above it does it really matter where it is?

i posted that my exhaust runs under the cross member, because of the hanger at the tranny mount. but you have a 4eye, the cross members are different.

actually i believe its the same cross member because its a duel system so a new cross member had to be put in im sure its the same as yours

I think your crossmember is upside down hack, lol. It should be underneath the crossmember on all mustangs.

no its not the bolt marks were very pernounced on the bottom of the crossmember where it bolts to the transmission it went back on right. i have the mac catted system and its very flexable if you want to put it that way so i guess i got it to move around enough to fit that way either way the exhaust is ferther away from the ground now i dont have to worry about bottoming out on anything

ill take a picture when i get it back on the lifts at work right now she is in the driveway and my camera phone isnt very good in dark places
