does anybody have a dss shortblock. I was wondering what kind of oil pressure do you have at idle and cruising-warmed up!

Sorry, just now getting to the forum again. I have a dss shortblock andwhilerunning theoil pressure isalittle above "M" in normal and at idle its at almost exactly in the middle.

thats fine, 60psi is standard i believe

my oil press. gauge is horizontal at idle and up a little when driving

60-70 at start up 50 cruising and 30 at idle when hot very normal for a dss block...they don't build clearances very tight....


this is on a 5yr old dss pro bullet
