RE: 93 cobra
The first thing I'd do is have some 3.73's installed, won't change your power any but it'll feel like 300. Beyond that, the nice thing about the Cobra is that you've already got some upgraded stuff. I'd continue on by swapping out the stock cam for a TFS Stage 1, Steeda #19, or (the best option, costs about $300) a custom grind from Camshaft Innovations. After that, I'd swap the heads and intake. They're already upgraded, but new stuff will be a lot better still. I can't remember, but if memory serves you have a 70mm throttle body and a larger MAF than the HO guys do. If not, get one, and your MAF should be at least the size of the TB, if not bigger. Of course, if you'll be content with 300hp-ish for a long time then have those heads and intake of yours ported by Thumper, he'll also throw in a Stage 1 cam, total cost is about a grand. I don't think you'll be quite at 300, but it'll be close. Whatever you do, get gears first!

RE: 93 cobra
u kno what, ur heads are good heads even non portedu got the intake half the people on this site want or have, just throw a decent sized cam and bigger injectors in it. but like dime said please dont mod it, they are fast stock and will be worth so much more stock. if i were u i would just put some 373's or 410's and some suspension work and be done with it, u should be hittin high 12's like that anyway so.
good luck
