Default Problem removing lower control arm

I already took the right side arm off but the left side i had to use the torch to heat the nut to get it off and then once the nuts were off i couldn't get the bolt out. When i turn the bolt the whole rubber bushing turns with it, has anyone had this problem before? If so is there any other solution besides cutting the bolt and pressing it through? thanks alot

sounds like you melted the bushing to the bolt if i remember the bolts are pretty big just put the nut on the end of it and hit it with a hammer it will pop out
