ok for some damn reason, my car will back fire its *** off sometimes...its random. one day itll be fine no matter wh at, and the like driving home today, WOT anywhere in 1st, it was bad, and usually 4500 and up it gets bad too... ****s killin me

also, we did my oil pan gasket last friday, and per my teachers(i trust him) direction, we lifted the motor by the trans and balancer... how i think the balancer is ****ed..i think this because i am now getting all kinds of vibrations through out the entire car, esp the shifter. i rly cant tell tho, i have nothing to compare it to. so what do u guys think?

as for the car.. 88 gt, stock, sept for o/r h-pipe and flows

recently replaced:cap, rotor, wires, coil, plugs

 

never lift a motor by the balancer, its totally not safe... Always use a transverse engine support!

 

yea ill just go out andgrab one of those next time. man i used what i had, and took my teachers(more then one) advice and did it that way...

so seriously, wtf can be my vibration problem? if the balancer was ****ed up the pully would be ****edup too, wouldnt sit/spin normal/straight, which it does
so wtf?
