I would suggest 1.7 roller rockers and a new roller timing set. The 1.7 rockers will increase the lift to about .523".

-1.7 roller rockers, soak old roller lifters in parts cleaner for a week.

-new water pump

-new chain and sprockets, . (16hp and 32lb torque gain for above)

-.550 lift valve springs

If you have stock heads, you can get some GT-40P and matching headers with above. 40 hp and 57 lb (torque gain total for cheap).

With that new cam I think it would be a good idea to run some stronger valve springs.
