Default engine swap help

hey!
im planning to swap the engine out of my 90 lx notch AOD pretty soon. I was just wondering would it be cheaper or easier to swap the engine and tranny for a carburated engine say from an 85 gt than a(87-93) engine and tranny.
help me if you can and thank you for your time

if your goiing to be getting an engine, i think the years 87-93 are made better..., it would be cheaper going to a carb setup, but i prefer EFI, its a great system once its going right

carb is easy, cheap and you get a good amount of hp, but you'll be turning screws once a week to get it right..... efi its either missing or running perfect lol

if you convert to a carb setup, you will need a different fuel pump and regulator plus a new ignition systems as the ECU won't be there to handle the ignition either, so I wouldn't say swapping to a carb setup is cheaper than keeping the EFI you already have. keep EFI and it's just plug in and play. go with carb, lots more work to do in order to play.
