Default Supercharger install problems

94 GT
5.0l 5sp
a/c present andsmog pump there(not hooked up), no cats.

1st problem
installing supercharger and the belt(the one for the accessories)that comes with my vortech kit is to short, is this a common problem? if fo does anybody have a part number for the correct belt?

2nd problem
have purchased a PMAS from anderson ford motorsport and going to install it and it is to big for the piping and flex tubing that comes with the vortech kit, What to do about this or how to solve this problem?

3rd problem
intalled long tube headers(BBK) and the egr tube no longer reaches to the valve. what to do about this? and if i just put a plug on the header and block of the egr on the intake will this cause a problem with the vehicle running?

any help would be greatly apreciated

1. Not sure about the belt. Is this a new kit you purchased that possibly came w/ the wrong belt? ( if so, have you contacted the manufacturer) Are you sure you're routing it correctly?

2. What size mass air did you purchase? You can buy the rubber collars that are different diameters on each end to accomadate this problem. You would need to measure each side to see what you would need and maybe can find what you need HERE!!

3. Taking the egr out of the system could cause you some detonation under load. (very bad for a blower car) I'm not familiar w/ the the sn's are set up. I know they make a kit to connect the aspirator tube on a foxbody to the converter. The rubber hose made for it is designed to withstand the high temp the exhaust puts out. Maybe you can cut the tube, secure it to the egr valve and put the rubber hose in between the 2 pipes to connect it.

G/L, hope this helps ya.

A rubber hose would just melt in that spot, trust me.
Fab up a stainless steel tubing with flares to connect the tubes.
