on my exhausted where the h-pipe meets the header i have 2 rusted nuts. all the rest i've got off but just these two rusted nuts are holding me up from getting my car on the road. any ideas how to get them off? i've tired wd-40 and heating them up with a torch and nothing helps. having to put a stock h-pipe on the stang to pass emissions and ya. any help would be great. thanks,

Try a penetrating oil. WD-40 doesnt realyl work well for this type of problem. Once they have set for a while (few minutes) try lossening them with a long wrench (or pipe if need be).

How long did you let the WD sit on the bolts? And I'm assuming you tried using a powerbar on them? Have you tried giving it a quick jolt to tighten it to see if that could unstick it? Have you tried tapping the head with a hammer if you don't have lil impact?
I've had problems with exhaust manifold bolts also, but my block was out so I was able to give it a good long soaking/drilling job. The best thing I could say that's safe is keep soaking it every lil while for about a day and hope that the solution seeps into the threads.

+1 on cutting and getting new bolts if they are that rusted you want new bolts anyways and they are like 2 bucks at any harware store my h pipe set up was so rusted at that piece and all the other fitting i had to pull the entire exhaust through the engine bay when i pulled my motor just took a cut off wheel to it and it was in6 pieces in about 5 min

Have you tried an extension so the rachet has plenty of clearance then using a cheater bar on the rachet or a breaker bar instead of a rachet? My guess is that if it's on there that "good" then you might damage the header trying to break the nut loose. Cut it off.

Try and use an impact wrench if you can fit one i there. It always works for me. I would never have gotten my head bolts off without one
