Default solid Vs. adjustable

How much of a difference is there between solid upper and lover controll arms and adjustable?

I'm running non-adjustable uppers, sure the others are better but anything is a large improvement over stock

Solids aren't adjustable and pretty much set the pinion angle at a fixed position. With adjustables you can set your pinion angle based off what kind of bushings your usings and what kind of driving your car is set up for.

so pretty much adj is better for any types of racing? i got steeda upper n lower double adj.. but i hear its a pain to find the right setup. that true?
