How big can I bore out my 302 and still use the stock crank.

Bore doesn't affect your crank at all, you need larger pistons. I wouldn't go over .040

seriously though, you only need to bore it large enough to clean it up (your not going to gain any noticable power from going to .060 instead of .030........ thats ricer thinking right there)

.0nocylinderwalls+boost=boom ftw! He's right though, heck you won't hardly even see any performance gains just from going .030 over (302 to 306). It's just a way to clean up the cylinder walls
