Default what do you think?can sub-frame conectors

i bought a '90 GT awhile back...it leans to left rear a little. 2" or so. Well i assumed the rear coils are bad, so i changed them with new ones.helped with handling not with the lean. A few friends told me that since someone put sub-frame connectors on and welded them while the car had bad springs and leaningthat it would cause the car to stay that way...until i cut the welds from the sub-frame connectors. what do you guys think? think it as easy as that?

I would look at your torque boxes first....how do your doors line up? If your car a had a lean of 2 inches, that would be pretty bad twisted frame...I don't think a bad spring would twist your frame like that, then hold it there with subframes...I think you have other problems and would be wasting your time cutting the welds.

dont see how that's possible... the car was probobaly unsprung when the subframe connectors were welded anyway.

You don't know what they are, or don't know the condition?

thats what i mean..unsprung before they was welded...so if i cut the welds that gonna make it go back...or a frame alignment needed?

if the car was unsprung when installed the condition of the spring dosen't matter.... the tourque box is were the trailing arm bolts to the car

i see...so should i just compare left side with right side? i would think since it leans to left that would be the obvious "messed up" side. what ya think?
