Mustang + snow = bad... but
So here is what I was thinking, im going to pickup a 5.0 soon.. living in Toronto we get pretty crappy winters. This is going to be a all year round car.. I realize that it's rwd and how it gets owned in the snow.. but how would 2 12 inch subs in the trunk + a 100 pound speaker box + weights (as much as I can fit, maybe even 150-200 pounds) help me out? Oh yea.. winter tires too. I wont be racing with this thing so the weight dosent concern me. Thoughts?

i drove mine in the snow once... i honestly was spinning the tires the entire time even if i wasnt giving it gas.. idle in first and i was going sideways

I think that it all depends on the tires and how you drive the car. I drove my car last winter and i did not think that it was that bad having the limted slip helps alot. I have driven my truck through things just like it and i can not say that it was any better. It was a two wheel also but i figed it would have been a lot better but it was not.

I live in Colorado and we had a particularly nasty winter this year. For the most part, my stang managed to muddle its way through. Just take comfort in knowing there are folks worse off than you... I passed more than one 2x4 truck stuck in the snow. I would have stopped to help but uh... I dont think I could have started moving again...

yea you'll do ok as long as the roads are cleared. Gotta be wayy careful though. My truck isn't runnin right now so I had to drive mine in the snow, and that's on half bald stock tires. As long as the roads aren't too bad ur alright, don't stop though
