attention tweecer owner! error message?

When i go to load cal edit....it says error filepath not defined.. Also I hit ok and then read eec and it reads it and at the end say it again. filepath bin not defined

its brand new.... I feel as if its just a software installation problem or something i did wrong installing. but i will call.

Make sure you installed the sofrware correctly. Also, if you're trying to read the ECC, make sure the key to tue car is turned forward so that it has power. You can do it with the engine runing as well. But you can't do it with te key in the "off" position. Normally you can read and write to the tweecer at any time. but as soon as you attachd it to the computer, you have to mke sure to turk the key forward or it will not read anymore.
