Default Vibration Problem

In my 1990 LX 5.0, at 2500-3500 RPMs, you can feel a vibration throughout the car. It only happens within this rpm range. Above that, its smooth and below it, its smooth. I'm thinking its just the harmonic balancer or maybe the fan clutch?

what do you guys think.
