Just get a C&L MAF with the blue sample tube for 24lb injectors.

So just to make sure 100%, this is what I need for a car with 24# injectors, E303 cam, and 70mm throttle body:
- 73mm Mass Air Meter calibrated for 24# injectors.
- A9L or A9P (preferably A9L) Computer.
- Aftermarket 89-93 Cold Air Intake or stock tube.
- Mass Air conversion wiring pigtail or wiring harness out of an 89-93.

Does all that look good?

If your car is an auto you can only run the a9p computer, if your car is a 5spd you can run either, and the only direct swap harness for mass air is from an 89

I can't resist this any more...

A9L vs A9P----- You will NOT notice a difference between the 2. IF you are told that there is a noticeable difference then your being fed bs, or the guy telling you this did not allow the adaptive to fully adjust...

It would be best not to run a C&L. They are a crap shoot for proper AFR.
IF you must use a C&L then don't think that it will work with a CAI.

IF you are going to use 24lb injectors, and have to buy a compter and MAF anyway, then just run a 93 Cobra ecu; the X3Z.
You will need the MAF meter (and sensor), computer, and 24's.
You will end up with stock drivability and you won't notice a power difference between the A9* and X3Z.
Drivability of the X3Z with 24's and stock Cobra MAF will most often be MUCH better than drivability of an A9L with 24's and a 'calibrated' MAF.

Only on lunch at work, and I may not be here long...

I am still bothered by the arrogance of the mods, but maybe I can get over it...

Yep....you could buy the MAF-ECM Cobra combo.....BTW.....
This is a Real 1993 Cobra Mass Air Meter. The Sensor Part # is F1SF-12B579-AA (true Cobra sensor). The MAF is a 75mm for 19lbs injectors.
Is wrong....that MAF is calibrated for the X3Z ECM logic, not for a specific injector size, its setting is specifically designed for the X3Z ECM logic "firing" 24# injectors.
