Default quick couple easy questions...

Alright well I'm FINALLY outta my financial troubles, and stopped spending all my cash on drugs so its time to spend some money on the stang, I just have a few questions...

1. I'm looking at new headlights but I can't decide on which ones...at first I just wanted to clear 6pc but now I might choose the 1pc for a cleaner look, anyone have pics of 1pcs installed?

2. I have a GT and have been wanting to swap over to some LX tail lights, is it as simple as taking out the old and putting in the LX, or do I have to do some modifications to make em work?

3. I've been searching the forums looking at tire posts and learned a few things but still unclear...I want to put 17x9s on the front and 17x10.5s on the back...is this possible? I saw one foxbody did it, but this is my daily driver so I don't want to chop the hell out of it just for tires lol.

4. For my exhaust I'm thinking mac longtubes, mac prochamber, then an SLP loudmouth catback...I'm unsure about the longtubes tho. I looked to see if dynatek made a pair for foxes and they don't!? What are some brand names of headers similiar to dynatech for 87-93 mustangs?

5. I'm working on a sound system right now and for those who have subs, even with dynamat, does everything still rattle?

Thanks again guys, ur always a big help!

1 piece headlights don't adjust very well, but they look nice.

the taillights just unscrew and rescrew, simple as that.

10.5" tires won't fit on the rear without quite a bit of modifications.

longtube's aren't a good idea unless your building a track car. just overall a big pain on a fox body.

Question #1: Don't have a pic for you but IMHO the one piece just doesn't look good on a fox.
Question #2, the LX tail lights bolt on directly where the GTs do. It's pretty much the simpliest swap you'll ever do.

Thanks for the info...MATTDEL: wat do u mean "adjust" for the headlights. Why are longtubes big pains on foxbodies? And for the 10.5s, is it worth it on a daily driver?

You have to adjust your headlight beam so that it is pointing correctly. 1 piece headlights do not have as much adjustment as the 6 pc untis.

Long tubes are a pain because they do not allow you to change your starter while installed. Also, LTs sit lower to the ground which can cause clearance problems.
