My overdrive just basically went out on me the other day, and I'm sure reverse and the rest will be going out on my AOD soon. So, I need to figure out what the hell I'm going to do. I had plans on turning my car into a more of a drag oriented car, but think I am just going to make it a fun street car, and buy a 4cyl notch and build the crap out of it later. So since I plan on keeping this as more of a fun street car I think I would like to just go to a 5 speed. I really don't know how to go about most of this stuff though, so I was wondering what you guys would recommend going for in terms of the swap, and what all would be needed for the most part. I would like to keep things relatively cheap, but I don't want to use extremely crappy parts if possible. So what do you think?
