i have my rear lowered like 1.7inches and i currently have 215/45/17 i want to get 255 or 265 50/17 will they rub

 

I'd like to say yes. Do you still have your quads in? You might get away with some 245s, but I dont think you can get a 265 under there with a drop like that.

The quad shocks are the extra 2 right inside the wheel well, they arent necessary, so you could pull them and see if they rub.

 

ok so heres the whole thing i want the widest and biggest tires to fit my rear 1.7 in drop wit the rim r17x7

 

i have factory 17 and a 1 1/2 drop and the biggest i could fit was 245s

dude, I dont think anyone can really tell you. Like we both said, you might be able to get 245s in there, but I'd bet they still rub if you bottom out the suspension. So whats the widest I'd go with in your situation??? 245s... But Im not 100% positive if you can fit wider tires.
