will a 351w roller motor fit under a stock hood of a fox...??and how much power you think it will hold b4 she splits...??

Depends on your spacer for the fit but im pretty sure you will need a aftermarket hood

 

it probably won't fit. Higher deck height = higher intake height

I did this swap in a '91 notch. A C90 E block from '69with a Retro cam and roller lifters. I tried just about every intake Edelbrock made and none would fit under the stock hood with my setup. I had a holley 750 model 4150 Dominator with a K&N air filter with the Extreme top. The only option I had was a four inch cowl hood or a custom K-member to lower the engine. Even with the custom K-member I would still have to use a very copact air cleaner set up to make it work under the stock hood. There are alot of factors to consider and Idid not want to sacrifice performance so I bought a 4 inch hood and moved on.
