Hook a tow rope to the end and yank it out with another vehicle.

I'm hoping you unbolted it from your rear end first...lol. But yeah, mine practically fell out.

Yes, it should fall out erally easy, since yours won't, most likely there's gonna be some damage to the yolk splines at least, and quit possibly to the output shaft splines....in the market to upgrade that tranny? I certainly hope so. As far as getting it out...use some steel wire cables for strength since ropes might snap, and run the wires through the yolk and another wire around the rear axle housing and use a power pull(come-a-long). Be careful though, if it doesn't wanna come out with a fair bit of force applied that way then I'd find another way, no sense in causing more damage, and also be careful in case a line breaks or the yolk pops out(at like 30mph). That should apply significantly more force than you can pull with, but it still shouldn't take too much force to get it out(or rather, don't use too much )If it won't come out then you'll prolly have to pull the tranny to rebuild it and junk the output shaft or get a new tranny. Sorry dude, but that sounds like you got some bad news inside that beast
