hey guys, a couple weeks ago I went to the track and something broke on the 4th pass, I finally took it apart this weekend and heres what I found.

that sucks dude a lifter pushrod and the rocker will the rocker be reusable? kinda lucky nothin more serious happened

 

I just threw in an old pushrod and lifter today, snd used the same rocker, it runs really strong now.


till something else breaks, but I am building my new stroker and was trying to blow this one. when it happened I sprayed the 200 shot, and made it to the 1000ft mark,

mabye on friday I can do better.

 

200 shot damn is that on a stock or no? what are the new motor plans

yep, stock block and heads, my afr185s are at the machine shop, im finishing gapping the rings, and assembling the shortblock on monday, but its a 4.125 bore 347 stroker, I cant wait. it should run somewhere in the 11's on motor

 

well, the rpms went up so fast I wasnt ready so I missed 1-2 shift, 2-3 shift and the 3-4 shift, and ran a 13.0 @110mph.
I think it might be time for a c-4 trans.

ive always wanted to crazy spray my car.. like you i would like to just find a 351 and build it up while i beat the crap out of the stock 5.0 lol
