If the MAF is calibrated to something else, then you will need a chip / tune either way.
it has trickflow lower and lower intake manifold, 75mm t/b, 75mm c/l mass-air, under drive pulleys, bbk headers and off road h-pipe, ported and polished heads, tremac trans, stage 3 ram clutch and light flywheel. its very fast like it is but i have had ppl tell me i need to put injectors in it just wanted to find out other ppls thoughts on it
If you're going to do more mods down the road, then go with 30# injectors. otherwise I don't think you'll need anything larger than 24# injectors. 24# injectors will easily support 300 rwhp at a relatively decent DC, and it's pretty safe to say that you aren't at that level yet.
That being said, 30# injectors may be overkill unless you're going to add some power adders down the road.
Either way, when you upgrade the injectors, make sure to get a fuel pump to support it. Might as well buy a 255lph pump, as they are pretty cheap at quite a few places now. And don't forget to get a new calibration tube for the C&L. Personally, I'd get a different brand all together, but that's up to you.
Even if you do keep teh C&L, it wouldn't hurt to get a good dyno tune so you can unleash a few more ponies that you probabyl ahve buried in there.
