Hey guys,

So this is what happened and why this is so important! lol
I got pulled over the other night by a highway patrol cop 'cause I was driving and was being boxed in by this idiot in an SUV and he was going to eventually hit me, so I dropped gear to fourth from fifth and passed the guy before he hit me, I could not slow down because I was being tail gaited by some idiot in an acura. So the cop see's me and pulls me over and asks me how I could have pulled away that quickly in such an old car etc etc..long story short, he checked my engine and saw that I didn't have any of my smog system, at this point he wanted to take my car away but I showed him that I had it all in my trunk just hadent had a chance to put it in....I seriously need help knowing what order the parts go into, I have everything I just don't know how it all comes together, I think I am missing a hose because so far with what I got the parts don't install correctly...
Can anyone send me a pic or a link to where it would show how the smog system setup is put together?!!! Please! Ican't find anything online!!!

 

Ford makes a smog pump delete kit. I'm not sure where you're from but i'm almost positive here in Canada the smog isn't needed until 95 or something like that. Just look into that smog pump delete maybe?

Other items like the crossover piping/tubes, little check valves and such I have no idea where to get them. I am in the same boat as you. I am in the process of cobbling togetherwhat is hopefully a passable emissions legal exhaust system. I have a Chilton's Mustang manual on the way...I lost my Haynes (beside it is almost useless anyway). There is another picture floating around.

that sucks m glad that south carolina cops don't get us for suff like that.... "no emissions" I didn't think cops were allowed to search anything on your car without a valid reaon, what an ahole
