79 pace car

Looking for why the horses on my stang are galloping and not running? the color and positiong are the same . Im the forth owner ,the origanal owner states, the ones they put on it @ the Canadain FORD dealership are the ones that came in the pkg. any thoughts!(heads up, tails up)
