Default 5 lug conversion

I have been looking around the internet because i am wanting to do a 5 lug conversion. i have a few questions still though. i want to use these deep dish bullit wheels or wheels like those if i have to get a different offset (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-9-...098QQtcZphoto). and i need to know if i can use a rear end out of a 94-04 mustang because i have found that these are wider, but not sure by how much. and if they will work will i have to do any other work other than removing the quad shocks and rolling the inner fender lip (or possibly changing the offset of the wheels to make them fit)? and im wondering if i lower the car will i have to do anything else to fit the wheels?

these are the parts i have found i need for the front conversion:

Left and right side spindles from a 94-95 v6/v8 mustang
Left and right side hubs from a 94-95 v6/v8 mustang
Left and right side rotors from a 94-95 v6/v8 mustang
Left and right side calipers from a 94-95 v6/v8 mustang
New brake pads, one additional lug nut for each side, new cotter pins (4), new copper washers for the Banjo Bolts (4) and a 0.330" tall spacer (or washers totaling 0.330"). The last item is necessary to properly fasten the crown nut on the lower control arm ball joint/spindle connection

and heres for the rear (for drums)

Two driver side rear axles out of an 83-92 ranger with the 3.0 V6 (should measure 29-5/32”)
9” drums from 83-92 ranger with 3.0 V6
New brake shoes, fresh gear oil, RTV gasket maker to seal the differential cover and one additional lug nut for each side

but im thinking while im doing it i might as well do rear calipers instead of drums. if the rear end will fit what will i need to do with it to get rear disc if it doesnt have it? and what will i need to do for brake lines?

sorry for the long post, but i want to get this swap done as soon as possible[/align]

well the axles for the 94 mustang are 3/4" longer so all you have to do is get wheels with the additional offset. i am actually doing the same thing. you also have to do a master cylinder upgrade. like a 93 cobra unit and then yiou have to do a 3-2 port conversion. maximum motorsports has the parts for that to make it an easy swap.

www.breezeautomotive.com sells the balljoint spacers you need.

I bought copper washers for the banjo bolts but didnt end up needing them. I didnt take the brake lines off the calipers because there was no need to.

Because the stud part of the balljoint is taller on the fox than on the sn95. When youre at the end of the threads theres still a space between the nut and the spindle.
It goes under the nut on the balljoint.

You can go with washers if you want to.

what about using spacers? i've seen a 4 to 5 lug spacer which come in different width sizes. just slap those on for $150 a pair followed by bolting on your new 5 lug wheel and your done.

COMMENTS?

i have 17x9.5's already, so i know theyll fit, but i wanna do the 17x10.5 bulllits in the rear, the front i should have no problem with, ill be going with 17x8s.

with the wheels i have now i have almost an inch before the quad shocks. i have heard that i can remove the quad shocks and get some new upper/lower control arms to stiffen it up from getting rid of the quad shocks, is this true?
