Default WHITTY TUNERS NEEDED!!!!!!

Alright guys, I'm in the process of tuner my car, and i just got er running last weekend, ran decent, but still crappy, so i put on maybe 15 miles on er to check the plugs, and it was rich, so in the process of checking things, i found a vacum leak, fixed it, checked the timing, it was retarded 5 degrees from where i set it at 15, so retimed it, and i have a ford racing computer, the one that piggybacks the stock computer, and reset the a/f ratio at i believe 11.5 to one, i'm not sure right now, and it ran really good, a problem i had was it wouldn't pull any r's past 5,500, it was like it had a rev limiter on it, then i did all that, and it pulled like it should, it was really a lot better, so driving it home, like 10 miles later, i kicked her down to 4th and got on it, and the best way to describe it is like it was out of gas, when i step on it in any gear , and it pulls like 500 r's and completly fulls on its face like no fuel, it wasn't doing that for like 10 miles when i did all the changes, what could possibly cause this, to act up later, ? the car was warm already when i ran good , so it's not like it got hot and changed?? help me out pleaz

I am worried about why the timing would change in such a short time...

How do you know where your afr is? WB O2?

lack of power can be many things.
Start by pulling the codes...

I don't have a stock h-pipe, the timing changed cuz it was timed with a vacum leak, once i fixed it, checked timing and it was 5 degrees off, so that was fixed, I have the rpm at like 7000, i have the msd set to 6800 rpm, I messed with it last night, swapped plugs, and it didn't do anything wierd, still runnin rich yet, but the falling on it's face didn't happen, not exactly sure whats goin on yet, still workin on it
