I know the chrome headers will eventually turn blue and ceramic wont. Also the ceramic will keep more of the heat inside the header

I love my BBK Equal Length Ceramic Headers! They look brand new nearly 2 years later... no heat issue with the plug boots, fitment was great.. it's up to you though if you got the cash or not...

ceramic headers just disipate??? (dont' check me on spelling) heat better and dont' turn colors like the chrome ones do. i have the chrome bbk equal length headers. they are freakin sweet. it;s a good idea to the headers surfaced before you put them on though

Don't mean to steal this thread but, does anyone have video's or soundclips of their stang w/ bbk shorty headers? I know they must sound pretty sweet w/ flowmasters. I wanna get bbk headers but I'd like to hear them first.

Your mid-pipe will make a big difference as well....

I noticed a much bigger sound increase with my X-pipe than with my Headers...

100% do not put those headers on, they will turn blue real quick. ceramic also holds the heat in and not on your engine, they are polished and look great. I bought my BBK equal lentgh's ceramic for $300 shipped from Brothers performance off Ebay. I bought the chromes but new i wouldn't be happy so I sold them and got the ceramics and now its a done deal.
