Alright now i know you guys are tired of reading these kind but i would like to know your opinions. Right now my 5sp 93 lx hatch has 58,000miles on it and i would like to eventually put a 351 in it.(didnt know if i should post here or in 351) My mods currently are
cobra upper/lower
bbk intake
70mm t/b
bbk headers
flowmasters
o/r x pipe
electric fan
140a alt
u/d pullies
hurst shifter
full suspension redone execpt k-member and front a arms

Now i want to eventually put in a 351 so im trying to limit what i do to things that can now be converted over to that. Whatshould i currently do to get more power or prepare myself for it?

should i do heads... afr's and just build up my current motor for now just basics (h/c and upgraded rr
or mess around in some other area

thx

55mm MAF + 70mm TB = garbage combo. As you already know / said... a decent set of heads and a good camshaft will help a great deal. How soon do you plan on putting a 351 in? Is this something in hte near future or is it something you might want to do but realyl can't do at the time?

its probably something ill do next winter....im not sure what MAF i have i know its not stock...when i bought the car afew years ago it had a new MAF..i should probly look into that. but besides that i know squat about the bottom end of a motor besides what i have read on here. ive always heard good things about edelbrocks RPM2 and afr ...now i know i want afr and not trickflow even though trickflow sets out packages already set.

Bump....

Now my car is more of a weekend car. now it already has 3.73's in it. How would a rpm2, afr 185's, rr (1.6 or 1.7?), and eagle rods sound. As for the cam im not sure maybe an hyd roller edelbrock performer
Now i dont want anything with lots of power down low...would it be better to have the power at higher rpms? Does this setup seem to flow?
