Default replacement for e-cam?

i dont really like that this thing has an e cam in it also. would i see a huge difference if i maybe swapped over to a comp extreme energy cam? im pretty sure those cams work quite well with the blowers.

Yes, seeing how the e-cam is for a slightly modded car for emissions reasons right? I was thinking about getting the e-cam, or maybe just some 1.72's on my stock cam, I want something to make it revv out more.

supposedly the F-cam is best for blower, nitrous, and turbo apps so you might wanna look in to an F-cam

actually i was trying to get out of the ford alphabetical cams. but the f-cam would probly be better cause the e-cam is 2500-5500 rpm's. so the F would probly be a little higher in the rpm range since i take it with the blower to 6k

Why not get a custom grind cam? However, the XE Comp Cams are nice cams too.

Do you think it would be a good idea to upgrade to the e-303 from my stock cam or put some 1.72's on the stock cam.. Would I be able to do both if I get the e-303.

If I had a choice, I would get the 1.72 rockers for the stock cam. A lot of people don't like their E cams when they get them.
There are much better choices in cams now a days instead of the alphabet cams.

That is probably what I will end up doing. 1.72's should satisfy me besides I hear of stock cammed cars running 12's.
