Default pcv valve???

does anyone know where the PCV valve is located on an 88 5.0 LX??

Back of the lower intake manifold pull the i believe 5/8 hose out and its inside there

Well, first you don't need to post twice, just wait for people to respond. Sometimes it might take a day or 2. Second, it should be on top of one of the valve covers, sticking out of a little rubber grommet, it's porlly a metal/plastic part and has a hose going to a vacuum port

thanks for the help guys an 67mustang302 i posted the first time but it didnt show up on my screen so i reposted so it would show up and i didnt feel like waiting to see if the first post did come up because i wanted to get my new pcv valve in before the emmisions place closed so i could pass my test

In 67's defense... there are some people with a newer 5.0 Mustang that have PCV valves on the valve covers. But those people would be running aftermarket valve covers and tehy would already know what the PCV valve was and where it is
