RE: Rounded the bolt...how do i get it off!!!!!!!!!
Happened to me one time with a starter bolt, my neighbor used a drill with reverse and a small titanium drill bit he coated in motor oil (to lower temp of the drilling so it doesn't freeze up). His idea was to drill within the bolt then use a larger bit and the reverse function to pull it out. What ended up happening was the we drilled into the center of the bolt and ended up using a hammer and a large flat-head screwdriver and tapped it into the center of the bolt and by hand reversed it out. Don't know if any of this helps its just my limited experience. Good Luck!

Smoke wrench or those bolt outs that sideways posted are your easiest optoins. You may be able to unbolt the headers from the heads and drop it all out as one piece , but you will have to have the car WAY up in the air to get it out.
I work in an exhaust shop, the only way I know how to get bolts off is a torch. I'll have to see if one of the tool guys carry those, might be worth picking up.

thanks sidewayz...im going to pick one of those sets up tomorrow!!
Those really are a must have for any garage. In the mean time, pick up some never seize and throw it on the new bolts when you put it back together. Especially exhaust bolts. Then you won't have this problem again.
