if the fuel pressure is set real low it seems better, but with the pressure set around 40psi it acts up pretty quick. i don't want to run the fuel pressure too low and have a lean issue though

are you running MAF or SD system,

i'm guessing MAF but if it were SD that could be the cause,

and i like your top end.

dirty iac, vac leaks, dirty egr

i'd bet one of those 3, if you unplug the iac can you set the idle to 600 rpms? if you can, do it then readjust the tps and reset the computer

if not look for those probs to fix

I had this problem with a 94 that I installed a trick flow kit on however the 94 is a unique situation as the computers are very sensitive on sn-95's... I had to perform a idle relearn just to get the 94 to even idle right first I disconnected the battery neg side.... then let it sit over night and tapped the brakes a few times to drain all remaining voltage ....this wipes the KAM out = keep alive memory then inj the morning I unpluggeD the IAC and let the car warm up while setting the idle and making sure the tps voltage was between .96-.98 then shut the car off disconnect battery for 20-30 minutes step on brakesa few times.... reconnect battery and IAC start up and let it idle/relearn for 3-5 minutes then shut it off for 3-5 minutes .... start it up with all accessories on like lights ..a/c and radio. The first start up learns the base idle and the second part learns to keep the idle at the base setting but with the load accessories in mind. Not sure if this will work for you but the 94-95 are very touchy ...performing this allowed me to have at the very least a bandaid fix untuil a dyno tune addresses the idle problems completely also I feel your pain when a KOEO TEST OR a KOER test YIELDS NO RESULT BUT A PROBLEM IS EVIDENT.......OBD I cars have limited diagnostic capabilities I've evn had obd ii cars come to me with stalling issues and no codes stored or pending Had a toyota truck where thecrank sensor wiring was routed wrong and rubbing through via the drive belt and it had pierced ever so slightly the shielding and wiring....you'd a thought there would of been a code but 3 other shops found nothing. Your computer is not GOD where fore it is not all knowing[&:] anyway hope this helps
