Well, thanks for all the help. For some reason, they just kept loosening up. Even though I had tightened the lock screw. I good buddy of mine who works on cars told me to try 1 full turn. After trying 1/4, then 1/2, and then 3/4, a full turn worked. Thanks again for the help, it is as quiet as a mouse now.
