Ok if you have been reading my posts earlier on you all know I was just about to get my car running tip top, it was running tip to for about 20 seconds today after I switched over my 19 lb injectors. Needless to say before I got the injectors installed I dropped a nut down the distributer hole searched for about 5 hours trying to get it out with no luck I know now that it must be in the oil pan somewhere. So I just left it in there to see if the 19s work better. Go to start my ride back up and POW the F IN thing goes up in flames, needless to say I am from Canada and there is a abundence of snow around so I started firing snow on the car, and well it didnt work out to well didnt melt fast enough because the engine was cold so I scrabled around trying to find a damn water container. Finally found an old antifreeze jug ran to the house and filled it up with water ran back and extinguished the fire on the passenger side. Then relieved that I got it out in time I go to neel down and see that the other side jsut caught on fire as well, RAN back to the house filled the jug up again ran back to the car threw the water on the other side, shoveld the engine compartment FULL of snow and closes the hood. Finally the damn thing went out, and I am sitting here now I am soooo pissed of at the car I have not even been back to see the damage if any, it was burning for about 3 mins but it felt like an hour. Soo thats how bad my day was I light my car on fire and have a nut in my oil pan. I am finally just going to take it into for and get all the work done to it and get them to make it run right, just wanted to share my story and thank everyone on here for all the help that they have given me . Let me know how bad I am sitting if you are bored....lol

Been there done that was helping a buddy of mine work on his car.Injector was stuck open unplugged everything and went to crank the gas out of the cylinder.My buddy forgot to hide the plug wire in the back and when he cranked over the engine a flame thrower out of the cylinder.Then the rest of the compartment on fire to.Was put out fast but still scarry as hell.

YEah it get your blood flowing a little faster anyways I was pissed off at myself soo I didnt even check the damage yet I need a new wireing harness anyways soo what the hell hey!! I was pretty choked pissing around with SPEED DENSITY sucks *** you have to have alot of patience, in which I am a little bit lacking at this point, I am still wondering where the spark came from though
