Welcome to the forums first off......
there is a search feature here and honestly you'll find 100's of threads crate motors, reputable machine shops, 331 and 347 strokers, which head / cam / intake combos work best together, etc etc etc.
i will say this, probably the cheapest way to go for a stroker is to buy a rotating assembly from "fullauto" who is a member here. then get your block machined at your local shop, and either assemble or have a friend/shop assemble it for you.
gt40p heads from tristatecylinderhead.com are probably the best bang for the buck heads out there at 598.00 a pair with stiff springs and large stainless valves. if you want to step up from that RHS heads seem to be the flavor of the week, but anything from trick flow, AFR, canfield, edelbrock, etc are going to be solid performers.
cam selection is all you, but it is a known fact the SN95 (94-95 5.0's) have picky computers, and the steeda #19 cam is supposed to be the hot ticket item for these years. i also hear the holley systemax II intakes are the best ones around, followed by the trick flows and edelbrocks
all that is a very generalized blanket advice, but it should point you in the rigth direction. the rest lies in your wallet and your goals for the car
