wondering how many rpms i can leave at with a 2600-2800 stall and 4:10 gears,E303 cam and bolt ons

 

i'd say 2400-2600

depends on weight...the heavier it is, the higher it will flash

 

also depends on the quality. if its a b&m converter i would say 2200-2400 if its rated 2600-2800. b&m converters are very poor quality. if the price is under $500 its junk.

even if it did stall at 26-2800 its going to dissapointing. you need at least a 3000 to make doing the swap worth while

Is the Boss hog a good converter. I just bought a 3000 stall boss hog converter. I have H/C/I and 4:10s.

 

yup . lower than 3000 i wouldn't even bother....when i did the aod thing years back i went w/ a tci 2200, it felt stock to me, i was pi$$ed

 

TCI= Total Crap Incorporated..............
They quit making good stuff years ago..........
