46 - 60 had no resistance what so ever. The guage did not even move. Like the 2 connections were not tied together at all.

40 - 46 was the same way.

So I am guessing that the ECC is dead. I guess Im off the the big A in the sky tomorrow. Thanks for the help again.

Yeah, when I was fighting with this thing, I wished I would have just bought a 94-95 with a 5.0L already installed . But, when it does get fixed, I will have that knowledge behind me.

EEC will be in @ 4:00, and hopefully I will have it installed by 5:00. I want to double check everything b4 I plug it back in though.

Well, the EEC was toast. I plugged in the new one today, and am now sending .91vfrom the TPS to the computer. Thanks again everyone for the help. Next time I will watch better when wiring cars. Thats was a $115.00 mistake.

Way to go, dumbass.

J/K. At least you now know what happened. And you now know the wiring for the ford mustang better than the guys at the factory! LoL I'm pretty sure everyone on here has made an expensive mistake or two. Some more expensive than others. I've been there myself.
