so what you all think might need a new blook..but on the other hand this makes my first split block[8D] sure hope the heads are OK.got more pictures when it come the rest of the way out.

No big deal the motor was 4 years worth of hard racing and street driving.in a low 11.sec car in full weight and street trim I just hope the heads are ok.I think that was good service for stock rods and crank and block.I did see the main girdle is done and the oil pick up for the Moroso pan is done.I got the cam sold if it is not bent.LOL

all I can say is OUCH! damn that smarts! you might want to consider an aftermarket block next time now that you have learned the limits of the stock block.
I'm going with a Dart Iron Eagle block on my new engine just so I don't have to take any pictures like the ones you are showing here!

yes but they are made quite a bit stronger than the stock blocks and that's what I'm counting on!!
