I just ordered the Bauman valvebody recalibration kit, boost valve kit, and filter tonight for my AOD. Has anyone who has these kit done their own installation? I am just wondering what to expect putting these in and if there is any tips or tricks to make the install go smoother?

 

Read the instructions and take your time. One valve at a time. Don't lose the *****.
Now's the time to install a drain plug kit.
You need some metric sockets and a very clean work bench with a good light.
Don't forget the tampons. You'll need em.
Don't open the OD servo cover and remove the piston by mistake. (BTDT) The band will disengage the piston and you'll have no OD.
I put too thick a spacer on the TV limit valve and did not like the ultra high shift points, had to drop it down againto change it. I like about .050"-.060"
