Default multiple questions

for starters i got my newjack and jackstands today woo hoo.

here is the tech question. i also got my phelonic spacer and there is a bigggggg difference from spacer to the intake itself. this question is probly gonna be more directed to luckythirteen. what did you do about the huge difference? how did you match your ports? did you just take it to a place? if so how much did it cost? here is what it looks like. the space between each runner meshes perfectly but top and bottom sucks big time. and the furthest left and right runner outside is off slightly.

.

my last question is for the drive shaft. i have a slight vibration when i get on it and recently i found out my drive shaft bolts were finger tight and i had tons of vibrations but that has since been corrected. so i think that damaged my U joints. should there be any play in the shaft at all? it wiggles ever so slightly. and i here clink clink clink when i shake it.....it shakes about 1/16 to 1/8 in every direction.

could have caused damage to your pinion bearings or even the output shaft bearing
