Default No power steering

Today the guy thats painting my car told me that he noticed it doesnt have any power steering when he moved it.
I had the car towed back to his shop last week and never drove it so I didnt notice it.

I had new heads and a cam put in so the power steering pump had to come off. I checked the fluid and its full.
Does it need to be bled or something?

The power steering worked before getting the motor worked on.

I think if you turn it to full lock several times each direction it will bleed the system. I would do that if it were me.

not full lock. just before it. full lock will allow more air to enter.
