Is it possible to stick 3inch tailpipes on a fox???

Are you talking about the actual exhaust or just the tips because you don want 3in exhaust on a basically stock mustang, it could make it run bad because you will virtually have no backpressure. I run a 3in off road x-pipe but i havea need for it.

so with stock exhaust and flows 3inch tailpipes wouldn't be good.What would id need to do so i can run 3inch tailpipes?

I guess i am confused. Do you mean you want to run 3 in pipes after the flowmasters. If that is the case that will no be a problem. I was assuming you had after market exhaust like headers, x or y pipe and you wanted to run a 3 in. x or y after the headers.

Yep just the tailpipes i want to put 3 inch.So the backpressure should be fine.

i called the place where imgetting my exhaust fixed and they said its to tight and they dont want to waste there time .So 2 1/2 it is.[:@]
