Default Lifters fell lower

Has anyone ever experienced any problems with there TFstage1 cam. I replaced my lifters thinking that they were calapsed after a loud chattering happened after a race...but two of the lifter are sitting lower then they are suppost to. when i turn the car on you can hear a loud tapping noise of the lifter being pushed up and hitting the H-clip..now i dont know if there isa problemwith the cam or what but it just happend after putting 5k miles on the cam... and looking at the cam lobes through the lifter ports it seems to be good and smooth....ihave no idea whats wrong...HELP!
