Default compression

I still can't figure out why my 95 gt is reving so slow and cant get out of its own way....I have replaced the :fuel filtercaprotordistributorwirescoiltook off injectors and cleaned them(going to get new ones or have the old onces professionally cleaned and balanced)checked fuel rail and fuel pump flowMAF is new alreadyChecked CATs (took off mid pipe, looked clean, and ran open headers, car still couldn't get out of its own way)my car still has white plugs...very lean....and i can't pin point yanyways im doing a compression test tomorrow, and I want to know what is the correct compression in each cylinder that i should see on the compression gauge if a cylinder is healthy?if anyone else has imput please let me know*i am also throwing a check engine light that will come on while driving, stay on for a min or two, then go off. I have tried to have it scanned and no one can find the code in the history of the computer so i dont know what this code is...

sounds to me like you have a very bad vacuum leak. take some carb cleaner and spray around the hoses and lines if you do have one the rpms will spike a little. also spray around the intake and all

just re did the intake, since i had to take it off to get the fuel rail off. i replaced one line that looked a little old but thats it. the car idels and runs SMOOTH, not rough, it just has no ***** when you get on it because 3 out of the 4 plugs i pulled are whiter than a ghost, aka no fuel. when i tested my injectors they were "pissing" fuel instead of misting it so I think it might be them, also the car was driven 4k in the past 2 years....it sat alot and i dont think the guy ever took it over 2.5k rpm. i still want to know what the code it that i randomly throw and i want to do a compression test

When you do the compression test, just look to see if all 8 cylinders are within 10% of each other.
I would bet they are........

check your wires again. i had a similar problem when i change my headers. the headers was melting my #3 and #5 wires. i had some arching going on. i put those taylor boot protectors around some new taylor ignition wires. also check your timing.

might be cleanable, might not be.
its your decision whether you want to maybe waste money on an unsuccessful cleaning.
