Default Steering Problem

Hey guys there was a problem with my steering before and it is partialy fixed. I got an alignment done which helped a fair bit but there is still a large shake in the steering wheel. It feels like the steering wheel is going left and right very fast. I put it up on ramps today and didn't see any damage done underneith but I did notice when I got my sister to turn my wheel at park, that this joint here had quite a bit of play in it. So what I am thinking is there is something up with it. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this please or do I need to buy a whole new shaft? thanks

thanks for the quick response. Any idea what would cause it to go like that?

I wish I could man. I love working on cars but my dad won't let me do anything to it. I bumped my timing and he got mad at me. He wants me to just keep the car stock, which SUCKS
