Default starting problems

Gotta question. I have a 1988 mustang gt. When I got it from my dad it needed a new clutch. I put a new clutch and exhaust on it along witha new starter. It ran fine before I put the new parts on. When I was done the ignition lock cylinder was locked up and needed to be replace. But now the car still will not start. I have replaced the ignition cylinder, starter, ignition switch and battery with no luck. Also if I jump the solenoid to the battery I can get the starter to engage by doing that, But anything short of that it gets no power. Anybody have any ideas. Thanks.

It seems im getting power from the solenoid if I jump it out, I just can't figure out why I can't power to the solenoid.
